How CallInsight Handles Your Data

Last updated: July 13, 2026. This policy explains what information CallInsight collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users of our AI call analysis service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login provider identifiers, language preference, credit balance, and billing activity. When you use the service, we process uploaded call recordings, file metadata, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, reports, task settings, and usage records needed to provide the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide transcription, call analysis, report generation, account access, customer support, payment and credit tracking, product security, abuse prevention, service monitoring, and product improvement. We do not sell uploaded call recordings or analysis results.

3. Uploaded Recordings, Transcripts, and Reports

Uploaded recordings may contain customer, employee, or business information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required permissions or legal basis before uploading recordings. CallInsight processes recordings to generate transcripts, summaries, insights, and reports. Original recordings are designed to be removed after successful transcription or analysis where operationally possible. Transcripts, reports, billing records, and security records may be retained as needed to provide the service, support customer requests, maintain security, and meet operational requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

CallInsight may use trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email or OTP delivery, payment processing, AI transcription, and AI analysis. These providers process information only as needed to support the service. Payment details may be handled by external payment providers; CallInsight does not store full payment card details.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, and operate the application. You can control some browser storage through your browser settings, but disabling it may affect login or product functionality.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to share.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with operational, billing, security, and legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Deleted or expired records may be removed from active systems according to service operations. Backup or audit records may remain for a limited period.

8. User Choices

You may choose what recordings to upload, update account information where controls are available, delete tasks when supported, and contact the service operator for privacy-related requests. Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal reasons.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we make material updates, we will update the date shown on this page.
